Welcome to the Foel Friog web site.

Foel Friog - A small farm on the borders of Montgomery & Merionedd. On the edge of Snowdonia and at the heart of Dyfi Forest,
where history & nature intertwine.

The slideshow on the left displays 30 of the many different species of animal that can be seen around Foel Friog.

How many of them can you identify?

This is the website of our home, I’m AnnMarie and you’re welcome to have a look around. We feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. The farm is bounded by babbling river on one side and by protected SSSI woodland on the other.

Whilst Photography & Horses are a large part of our lives, so is conservation and we therefore manage Foel Friog with the welfare of its organisms & ecosystems very much in our  hearts and minds.

On this site you can consult our database of local Flora & Fauna by visiting the Nature page, learn a little more about our location on the Geography page or view the gallery & link to our other sites from the ‘Other’ page.
